Refund and Returns

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

• Custom-made or personalized watches
• Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
• Items without original packaging or missing accessories

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• Items returned with minor signs of use
• Items missing packaging or accessories not due to our error
• Returns requested after 30 days but within a reasonable timeframe

Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as processing delays may occur.
3. Reach out to your bank, as some institutions take time to process refunds.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Gift Orders

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit once the return is processed. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• For higher-value items, consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
